Tech and Human is a Guatemala-based business process outsourcing company founded by Guatemalan and North American professionals with more than 15 years of combined experience in the BPO industry in Guatemala and the United States.
The company was initially created to help transportation and logistics companies in the United States optimize their operations by leveraging highly qualified talent in Guatemala. Through this model, U.S. companies were able to build efficient, scalable teams in Guatemala while maintaining the operational standards and processes required to successfully serve their U.S. markets.
As our experience grew, so did our vision. We expanded our services beyond the transportation industry to support companies in Guatemala and other markets with workforce management, human resources, payroll, administrative processes and business operations.
